In a convenient location in the picturesque conservation village of Kokkari, the house is around 60 meters from the main beach, with the other two smaller beaches about 10 minutes walk away.
The local shops and tavernas are also nearby, but if you wish to go further afield, car hire can be arranged.
The walled garden incorporates a built in barbecue and there is also a public car park next door.
The interior has recently been refurbished and modernized to a high standard, in an 'open-plan' layout, with a new fully fitted and equipped kitchen including an oven & hob. The bathroom is fully tiled with tub and shower.

Kokkari is the prettiest seaside village on Samos, 10km west of Vathi (Samos Town). With its three good beaches, long colourful waterfront and picturesque fishing harbour, all overlooked by the characterful old village above. Kokkari is an ever-popular choice amongst all ages and nationalities.
There are many magnificent trails for mountain bikers, walkers, runners, climbers and so on.
