SUNLAND HOLIDAY Apartments offer excellent quality accommodation in a quiet and convenient location.
We take pride in the quality of our fittings and furnishings. All windows are double glazed and provided with mosquito screens to ensure undisturbed sleep and comfortable stay.
SUNLAND comprises of two separate houses, each consisting of one apartment with two bedrooms on the ground floor with garden views and on the upper floor a one bedroom apartment with sea view.
All apartments have spacious bedrooms, living-dining rooms with open plan kitchens, modern spacious shower rooms and large private terraces for enjoyment.
All floors and stairs are covered with cool Greek marble.
The houses are framed by beds of roses, sunflowers, basil, other fragrant herbs and flowers offering a very pleasant relaxing environment.
Guests are welcome to help themselves to the many different types of basil we grow here. Mr Pieridis, the owner speaks English, German and French.

Marathokampos Beach (also known as Kampos or Votsalakia) is the beach where Sunland Apartments are located. Found on the southwest part of the island and in a distance of 31 km from the airport and 23 km from Karlovassi the first harbor of the island. Marathokampos beach is mainly a tourist area where during the summer time hosts thousands of visitors from all over the world.
