At HOLIDAYS-SAMOS.GR we take our responsibility regarding your privacy, very seriously. The information we request when making your reservation, is requested in order to offer you a professional service. We only share customer information with the Accommodation Owners/ Vehicle Rental Operators that you are booking with. Under no circumstances will we distribute it to others, except in the unlikely event that the law obliges disclosure.

Your contact data is used to make the accommodation/ vehicle rental reservation. This data will be passed on to the hotel/ apartment/ vehicle reservation contact in order to identify you upon arrival and to contact you in case of changes in the reservation.

We would again like to stress that, in accordance with European Personal Data Protection Laws strict security procedures are observed at HOLIDAYS-SAMOS.GR to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorised access.

Credit Card information

Your credit card information is not sent to us through the secure server.
It is ONLY received by Alpha Bank’s Delta Pay Card Processing System.
They use the latest, most secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology, verified by Visa and GeoTrust. Our server and network are protected by firewalls against unauthorized access.

This means we can guarantee that it is totally safe to make payments with your credit cards.

When does HOLIDAYS-SAMOS.GR and Alpha Bank send you emails and mail by Post?

After you have made a booking, you will immediately receive an email from HOLIDAYS-SAMOS.GR acknowledging that your booking form has been received.
Soon after this you will receive the completed transaction details from Alpha Bank. Once the credit card is successfully processed, we email your CONFIRMATION/ACCOMMODATION VOUCHER.

Sometimes HOLIDAYS-SAMOS.GR may request feedback or send newsletter emails after your stay at your chosen accommodation. If you do not wish to be contacted you can let us know.
